About WINZA
What is WINZA and where are you based?

WINZA is a fine jewellery maison founded in 2003 and based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We specialise in jewellery crafted from ethically sourced Pakistani gemstones — including emeralds, sapphires, rubies, and tourmalines — set to the standard of the world’s great jewellery houses. Our boutique is located at 1st Floor, Block D, F6 Markaz, Islamabad.

Are WINZA gemstones certified?

Yes. Our significant gemstones are accompanied by certificates from globally recognised gemological laboratories including the GIA (Gemological Institute of America). We are committed to full transparency of origin, treatment status, and quality grading for every stone we set.

Where do WINZA’s gemstones come from?

Every gemstone WINZA works with is ethically sourced from Pakistan’s extraordinary geological regions — Swat for emeralds, Gilgit-Baltistan for aquamarines and tourmalines, and the Himalayan belt for sapphires and rubies. We personally oversee sourcing to ensure ethical practices at every step of the supply chain.

WINZA offers fine jewellery across rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, brooches and men’s jewellery. Our collections include Engagement & Bridal, the Kashmir Collection, Dual Dynasties, and Fashion Accessories. Every category is united by an unwavering commitment to gemstone quality and master craftsmanship.

What metals do you use in your jewellery?

We work primarily in 18k and 22k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold, as well as platinum for select bridal pieces. All metals are hallmarked and ethically sourced. Our craftsmen select the most appropriate metal to complement each gemstone’s individual character.

Can I purchase WINZA jewellery online?

Select pieces from our collections are available for purchase through our online boutique. For signature and one-of-a-kind pieces, we invite you to visit our Islamabad boutique or book a private appointment for a personalised viewing experience. We also offer remote consultations for clients outside Islamabad.

Bespoke & Custom
Do you offer bespoke jewellery commissions?

Yes. Bespoke commissions are at the heart of what we do. Our atelier can create entirely unique pieces to your brief — from engagement rings to heirloom suites. The process typically begins with a consultation to understand your vision, followed by gemstone selection, design sketches, and careful handcrafting by our master jewellers.

How long does a bespoke piece take?

Timelines vary by complexity. A single bespoke piece typically takes 4–8 weeks from design approval to completion. Complex suites or pieces requiring rare gemstone sourcing may take longer. We recommend contacting us at least 3 months before any significant occasion.

Can I supply my own gemstone for a setting?

Yes. We welcome clients who wish to set a family stone or a gemstone they have sourced themselves. Our team will assess the stone carefully and advise on the best setting to honour its character. Please contact us to arrange an assessment appointment.

Care & After-Service
How should I care for my WINZA jewellery?

Fine jewellery should be stored individually in a soft pouch or lined box, away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or applying perfume. For cleaning, use a soft brush with mild soapy water and dry gently. We recommend a professional clean and inspection at WINZA every 12–18 months.

Do you offer resizing or repair services?

Absolutely. Our atelier provides full after-care services including ring resizing, clasp replacement, re-polishing, re-rhodiuming and prong retipping. For WINZA pieces, the first resize is complimentary within the first year of purchase. Bring your piece to the boutique or contact us to arrange a service appointment.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 30 days of purchase in unworn, original condition with all documentation. Bespoke commissions and personalised pieces are non-returnable. Exchanges are welcomed at our discretion. Please contact us directly to begin a return or exchange — we handle each case personally.

Purchasing & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations via fully insured, fully tracked courier services. All pieces are packaged in WINZA signature presentation boxes. International shipping timelines and duties vary by destination — please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Is my purchase insured during delivery?

Every WINZA shipment is fully insured for the declared value of the jewellery from our boutique to your door. We use specialist luxury goods couriers with end-to-end tracking and signature-required delivery. We will never ship an uninsured piece.

What payment methods do you accept?

In-boutique, we accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. Online orders may be placed via credit card or bank transfer. For high-value bespoke commissions, a staged payment schedule is available. Please speak with our team to discuss the arrangement that best suits you.
